Seattle City Light Residential Energy Rebates

About This Program

Seattle City Light customers can receive instant or mail-in rebates on qualifying energy-efficient upgrades. Current rebates include $750 for heat pump water heaters (ENERGY STAR Tier 3/4), $300–$600 instant discounts on qualifying air source heat pumps, $175 for heat pump dryers, $35 for ENERGY STAR front-load washers, and $50 per unit for smart thermostats for electric baseboard heat (max 5 units). Rebates are available to all SCL residential customers regardless of income.
