Seattle Clean Heat Program — Base Rebate

About This Program

All Seattle residents who heat with oil can receive a $2,000 instant rebate when converting to a qualifying Mitsubishi Electric heat pump through a participating contractor. The rebate is applied at point of installation and includes requirements to decommission the oil tank per Seattle Fire Department standards. No income requirement for the base rebate.

Flat $2,000 instant rebate for all income levels; moderate-income households can stack an additional $4,000 bonus rebate (see separate program entry).
