Northwest Access Fund (nonprofit lender)
Northwest Access Fund provides low-interest loans up to $60,000 (10-year term) to Washington, Oregon, and Idaho residents of all ages with disabilities for home accessibility modifications, repairs, weatherization, and assistive home technologies. Eligibility requires proof of disability and demonstrated ability to repay; income is evaluated but there is no strict income cap. The program serves people with physical, sensory, cognitive, and age-related disabilities.
Loan amount up to $60,000; a typical ramp plus bathroom modification project may cost $10,000–$30,000.
