About This Program

Puget Sound Energy customers in King County can receive rebates on a wide range of energy-efficient upgrades including heat pumps (up to $2,400 for electric resistance conversion, up to $4,000 for gas-to-heat-pump), insulation ($0.50–$1.75/sq. ft. for attic, wall, and floor insulation), smart thermostats, heat pump water heaters, and windows. Starting in 2026, insulation rebates are capped at 2,000 sq. ft. per area. Rebates require PSE-approved contractors.
