About This Program

Rebuilding Together Seattle's year-round Safe at Home program provides free critical home repairs for low-income homeowners using volunteer labor and donated materials. Covered repairs include grab bars, flooring, kitchen appliances, security improvements, electrical repairs, and plumbing. Veterans can qualify at 80% AMI; all other applicants must be at or below 50% AMI. The program serves homeowners throughout the Seattle metro area.
