Washington's Weatherization Plus Health program extends standard weatherization to address home health hazards such as mold, moisture, lead, asbestos, combustion safety issues, and poor indoor air quality. Low-income households with members who have asthma, respiratory illnesses, or other health conditions linked to housing quality are prioritized. The program combines energy upgrades with targeted health hazard remediation at no cost to the resident.
