CDBG-funded deferred loan program for critical home repairs within Springfield city limits. Partners with Drew Lewis Foundation, Catholic Charities, Habitat for Humanity, and OACAC to stabilize and preserve homeownership while reducing blight.

Deferred loan forgiven over time; amount based on scope of critical repairs needed

• Deferred loan up to $25,000 for critical home repairs
• Must be owner-occupied within Springfield city limits
• Low-to-moderate income households (80% AMI or below)
• Targets CDBG eligible areas near West Bypass/Glenstone/I-44
