Community-based matching grant encouraging exterior home improvements in select historic neighborhoods. Neighbor teams of 5-19 members collaborate on visible street-facing projects and receive 50% reimbursement.

50% reimbursement up to $1,000 per member for teams of 5-9; must form neighbor team visible from each other's front door
