About This Program

The City of St. Louis Emergency Home Repair Program provides grants to income-qualified homeowners for urgent health and safety repairs using CDBG funds. Covered repairs include furnace replacement, roofing, plumbing, electrical hazards, and structural emergencies. Habitat for Humanity St. Louis also provides complementary emergency repair services for eligible homeowners.
