Free whole-home energy efficiency upgrades for income-eligible Ameren Missouri electric customers. Covers HVAC upgrades, LED lighting, attic insulation, ENERGY STAR refrigerators, efficient showerheads. Income at or below 80% AMI or 200% FPL, or participation in subsidized housing programs. Partners with Spire for gas customers. $20M allocated for income-eligible customers 2025–2026.
