About This Program

St. Paul's Healthy Homes program provides grants up to $50,000 for pre-weatherization health-and-safety repairs and weatherization improvements in 1–4 unit owner-occupied homes. Funded by ARPA and city sources, grants are paid directly to contractors with no repayment required. Eligibility can be established by income, property location in a pre-approved area, or enrollment in another income-qualified program.

No repayment required. Asset test removed; $25,000 asset limit applies (excluding retirement accounts and home equity).
