About This Program

Ramsey County's Critical Repair Grant provides up to $10,000 to address health, safety, and code-related repairs for low-to-moderate income homeowners in suburban Ramsey County. Note: this program excludes the City of Saint Paul — St. Paul residents should use city programs such as Healthy Homes. Eligible municipalities include Arden Hills, Maplewood, Roseville, Shoreview, White Bear Lake, and others.

Grant does not require repayment. Only for suburban Ramsey County; St. Paul residents are not eligible for this specific grant.
