About This Program

PNM's Good Neighbor Fund provides emergency energy assistance to PNM customers at risk of disconnection. Households at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level may receive a one-time payment per calendar year. The fund is supported by customer donations and PNM contributions, and is administered in partnership with social service agencies.

One-time emergency payment; amount varies based on arrears and available funds. Not a repair grant but helps maintain power for heating/cooling systems.
