Provides forgivable loans up to $14,000 (plus $2,000 for ADA items like grab bars and accessible toilets) to seniors 62+ and disabled adults 21+ who own their primary residence in unincorporated DeKalb County. Applicants are selected by random lottery from pre-applications. Covers HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing failures.
