Provides up to $60,000 in forgivable loans to legacy homeowners in the Westside TAD neighborhoods of Vine City, English Avenue, and Castleberry Hill. Loans carry 0% interest and are forgiven over a 5- or 10-year term. Applicants must have been a resident since September 30, 2015 to qualify as a legacy resident.
