About This Program

Provides up to $30,000 in forgivable loans for health and safety repairs to owner-occupied homes citywide (excluding Westside TAD). Loans carry 0% interest and are forgiven 10–20% annually over a 5-year term (repairs under $15,000) or 10-year term (repairs $15,000+). Priority is given to seniors 65+, military veterans, disabled heads of household, and residents of 15+ years.

Forgivable loan — $0 out-of-pocket if owner remains in home for the full term.
