About This Program

Provides 0% interest deferred second mortgage loans of up to $22,500 (7.5% of sales price, whichever is less) to assist first-time homebuyers in Fulton County with down payment, closing costs, and/or interest rate buydown. Income must be at or below 80% AMI. Maximum home purchase price is $347,000 (existing) or $367,000 (new construction).

Deferred loan — $0 monthly payment until sale, refinance, or transfer.
