About This Program

Provides 0% interest deferred down payment assistance loans to first-time homebuyers (or those who haven't owned a home in 3 years) using a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage. Standard Track offers up to $10,000; PEN Track (protectors, educators, nurses, active military) and Choice Track (household with disability) offer up to $12,500. Repayment is deferred until sale, refinance, or move-out.

Deferred loan — no monthly payment until sale or refinance. Reduces upfront cash needed at closing.
