About This Program

Provides rebates based on whole-home energy savings achieved through qualifying improvements such as insulation, air sealing, and HVAC upgrades. Open to all income levels — low-income homeowners (under 80% AMI) achieving 35%+ energy savings can receive up to $16,000 covering nearly the full project cost. All homeowners achieving 20–34% savings qualify for smaller rebates. Starts with a contractor home energy assessment.

Low-income, 35%+ savings: up to $16,000 (98% covered). Higher-income, 20–34% savings: up to $2,000 (50% covered).
