About This Program

Provides rebates on electric appliances and home electrification improvements for low-to-moderate income households (under 150% AMI). Low-income households (under 80% AMI) receive up to 100% of project costs covered; middle-income households receive up to 50%. Individual rebates include up to $8,000 for heat pumps, $1,750 for heat pump water heaters, $4,000 for electrical panels, and $2,500 for wiring upgrades.

Rebate covers up to 100% of project cost for low-income; 50% for middle-income. Max $14,000 total per household.
