About This Program

Provides up to $5,000 in free energy-saving home improvements to income-qualified Georgia Power customers whose household income is at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Services include duct sealing, HVAC servicing, insulation, smart thermostats, LED lighting, and water-saving devices. Renters may apply with landlord consent.

Free upgrades with no repayment required; additional savings realized through lower utility bills.
