About This Program

Provides free weatherization improvements to low-income households at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, with preference given to elderly, disabled, and families with children. Services are delivered through local community action agencies following a home energy audit. Automatically eligible if receiving SSI or TANF. Contact FACAA (Fulton/Atlanta) to apply.
