Atlanta Habitat for Humanity — Repair with Kindness (RWK)

About This Program

Provides up to $20,000 in critical home repairs as a 5-year forgivable loan to income-qualified homeowners in select Atlanta and South Fulton County neighborhoods. Veterans and active-duty military are eligible citywide throughout Atlanta and South Fulton. Repairs must address health, safety, or accessibility needs in homes at least 15 years old. Loan is fully forgiven after 5 years of continued owner-occupancy.

Forgivable after 5 years — $0 out-of-pocket for qualifying homeowners who remain in place.
