About This Program

Provides down payment and closing cost assistance in the Perry Bolton Tax Allocation District of Atlanta. Households at or below 80% AMI may receive up to $20,000 (5-year forgivable); households between 80–120% AMI may receive up to $10,000. Maximum purchase price is $300,000. Requires a 30-year fixed-rate FHA, VA, or conventional mortgage.

Forgivable over 5 years. Amount depends on income tier.
