About This Program

Provides financial assistance to income-eligible households to help pay heating and cooling utility bills. Fulton County/Atlanta residents may receive up to $1,000 per program year applied directly to their energy account. Administered by the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) by appointment only. Heating benefits: $400–$810; cooling: $400–$500.

Applied directly to utility account — reduces or eliminates current balance due.
