About This Program

Provides free critical home repairs to low-income seniors, veterans, and persons with disabilities living in the City of Atlanta and Atlanta metropolitan area. The City of Atlanta Roof Replacement Program is currently not accepting new applications; the City of Smyrna program is actively accepting. Repairs are completed by volunteer teams and licensed contractors on National Rebuilding Day and throughout the year.

All services are free — no cost to the homeowner.

Key Details

• Must be a low-income senior, veteran, or person with a disability
• Must own and occupy home in Atlanta metro area
• Demonstrate a health/safety repair need
• Commit to remaining in home 2+ years after repairs
