About This Program

The VLB Home Improvement Program offers below-market interest rate loans up to $50,000 (2–20 year term) to Texas veterans and military members for home repairs and improvements on their primary Texas residence. Veterans with a 30%+ VA service-connected disability rating qualify for a discounted interest rate. No down payment required; fees include a $10 flood certification and $125 title search.
