About This Program

Dominion Energy South Carolina offers rebates of $400–$500 for ENERGY STAR central air conditioners and heat pumps, up to $350 for gas water heaters, and up to $300 for ductwork improvements. A Fast Track Bonus through October 2026 adds up to 40% more incentives on qualifying projects. Income-eligible customers may access the free Neighborhood Energy Efficiency Program (NEEP) for home assessments and upgrades.

Stack multiple upgrades for higher totals. Fast Track Bonus adds 15–40% if project completed by Oct 2026.
