The federally funded Weatherization Assistance Program delivers free energy-efficiency improvements to income-eligible households through SC's local Community Action Agencies. Eligible work includes insulation, air sealing, HVAC tune-ups, and health/safety repairs. Households at or below 60% of State Median Income qualify, with priority given to elderly, disabled, and families with young children.
