About This Program

CHN provides critical home repairs including plumbing, electrical, roofing, and structural issues for income-qualified Cleveland homeowners. Also delivers lead intervention and energy services programs. Funded via City of Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and private grants including $2.5M KeyBank grant (2023). Currently rebuilding intake processes.
