About This Program

CHS offers free gutter cleaning/repair/replacement, furnace repair, and general home repair (roof, porch, bathroom mods, HVAC, electrical) for income-qualifying homeowners who have owned for 1+ year and are current on property taxes. Gutter cleaning available to seniors 60+ and disabled individuals.
