About This Program

Low-interest loan up to $20,000 for major housing components in Cuyahoga County: roof, electrical, furnace, and plumbing (including sanitary sewer). Income at or below 120% AMI. Current on real estate taxes or payment plan. HUD property standards must be met. Administered by CHN Housing Capital. Note: not available in all Cuyahoga County communities.
