Cleveland Heights nonprofit providing deferred loans (up to $5,000, 0% interest, no monthly payment) and Assist Incentive Grants (up to $1,500) for roof, furnace, exterior paint, masonry, footer drains. Senior Grant ($1,500) for homeowners age 62+ for roof or furnace. Also offers tool loan, hands-on repair classes, contractor evaluations, and plumbing education.
