Converts renters of tax-foreclosed occupied homes into homeowners. City acquires occupied properties before auction and transfers to United Community Housing Coalition (UCHC), which sells to residents via 0% interest land contracts. Average purchase price under $10,000. Once you own the home, you become eligible for all homeowner repair programs. Since 2017, 1,396 families became homeowners. 96 new families in 2025.
