About This Program

Wayne County administers HUD HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds for housing rehabilitation for low-income homeowners in Wayne County (outside Detroit city). The HOME program provides up to $75,000 in deferred (3-year) loan assistance for home rehabilitation. Up to $12,500 in emergency repair grants for health and safety issues. Income at or below 80% AMI. Note: Detroit city residents are served by City of Detroit programs separately.
