Wayne County Land Bank and MSHDA-funded exterior home repair program for owner-occupied single-family homes in specific Wayne County communities. Current service areas: Ecorse, Inkster, Lincoln Park, Melvindale, River Rouge, Taylor, and Wayne. Must be current on property taxes and mortgage. Owner must agree to live in the home for 5 years after repairs. Project cost capped at $9,999.
