About This Program

The Limited Repair Program provides comprehensive rehabilitation to bring owner-occupied homes into code compliance for low-to-moderate income Duval County residents. When open, it covers a broad range of repairs including structural components, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ADA accessibility improvements. The program is funded through Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds.
