Wisconsin's IRA-funded HOMES and HEAR rebate programs are available through Focus on Energy. HEAR provides rebates for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, electrical panels, and insulation upgrades — with maximum amounts for low-to-moderate income households. HOMES offers performance-based rebates for whole-home energy retrofits. These can stack with Focus on Energy's standard rebates.
