Wisconsin's IRA-funded HOMES and HEAR rebate programs are available through Focus on Energy. HEAR provides rebates for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, electrical panels, and insulation upgrades, with maximum amounts for low-to-moderate income households. HOMES offers performance-based rebates for whole-home energy retrofits. These can stack with Focus on Energy's standard rebates.
