About This Program

The City of Miami's Homeownership Preservation Program provides up to $70,000 in low- or no-interest loans to income-eligible homeowners within City of Miami limits for exterior envelope repairs: roofs, windows, and exterior-facing doors. Projects target storm resilience and energy efficiency, and the City selects a contractor from a pre-qualified JOC pool. Property assessed market value cannot exceed $400,000 and household income must be at or below 140% AMI.

Must be within City of Miami boundaries (not unincorporated Miami-Dade). Property value cap $400,000. Income cap 140% AMI.
