About This Program

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami's A Brush With Kindness program provides no-cost exterior painting, minor repairs, and weatherproofing for low-income homeowners throughout Miami-Dade County. Since 1989, the organization has served over 3,000 families in Liberty City, Little Haiti, Overtown, Homestead, and other underserved communities. Volunteer teams complete the work, making the program ideal for homeowners who cannot afford contractor costs.

No cost to homeowner. Work is performed by volunteer teams. Scope limited to exterior improvements and minor repairs.
