MDHA's Window Program offers 0% interest deferred loans for energy-efficient window replacement in owner-occupied Davidson County homes. Eligible homeowners receive new energy-efficient windows that reduce utility costs and address health/safety concerns related to deteriorated or failing window units. Applications are accepted through MDHA's Neighborly Portal during open periods.

Deferred loan at 0%; forgiven after 5 years for owners 62+.
