MDHA Weatherization Assistance Program

About This Program

MDHA administers the federally funded Weatherization Assistance Program for Davidson County, providing free energy efficiency upgrades to low-income households at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. Services include attic insulation, air sealing, caulking, weather-stripping, and duct sealing to reduce energy costs and improve home comfort. Households with elderly, disabled, or young children receive priority service.

Fully free service — no repayment required. Average value of work is approximately $6,500.
