About This Program

United Cerebral Palsy of Middle Tennessee coordinates statewide wheelchair ramp construction for individuals with mobility disabilities, funded by a THDA grant covering lumber and materials. Volunteers from churches and civic groups build ramps at no cost to homeowners who meet THDA income criteria. Applicants who do not meet income limits may still receive a ramp by paying for the lumber themselves.

Free for income-qualified applicants; cost of lumber only for those above income limits. Waiting lists apply.
