About This Program

APS Energy-Wise provides free weatherization improvements and energy education to APS customers whose income is at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level. Services include insulation, air sealing, furnace repairs, duct sealing, and efficient appliance upgrades. Administered through the Arizona Department of Housing WAP network. Shown to improve indoor air quality and provide health benefits in addition to energy savings.

Must be APS electric customer. Income ≤ 150% Federal Poverty Level. Services free for qualifying households.
