APS customers can access energy efficiency rebates through standard rebate programs and the income-qualified Efficiency Arizona program. Note: APS AC rebates, smart thermostat rebates, and Home Performance checkup rebates ended January 1, 2026 per ACC Decision 81584. Income-qualified households (≤ 150% AMI) may access up to $14,000 in Efficiency Arizona rebates covering heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, insulation, air sealing, and electrical upgrades. Standard duct sealing and insulation rebates may still be available through Efficiency Arizona.

Standard APS rebates largely ended Jan 1, 2026. Income-qualified households can access Efficiency Arizona rebates up to $14,000 for 100% coverage (≤80% AMI) or 50% coverage (80–150% AMI). Confirm current available rebates at aps.com.
