About This Program

Reduces energy costs for income-eligible Arizona households by providing free weatherization improvements to primary residences including insulation, air sealing, furnace/cooling repairs, and efficient appliance upgrades. Income limit is 200% of the Federal Poverty Level for DOE-funded work; 60% of State Median Income for LIHEAP-funded work. Average savings of $372 or more per year. Ten service providers across Arizona administer the program.
