About This Program

Provides free or low-cost critical home repairs, accessibility modifications, and neighborhood revitalization work to income-qualified homeowners in greater Phoenix and Maricopa County. Construction staff addresses urgent issues including heating/cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, structural hazards, roofing, and accessibility. Special programs serve aging-in-place needs and veterans.

Services provided free or at deeply subsidized cost. Homeowners must contribute sweat equity. Income limit at or below 80% AMI.
