Provides free weatherization, safety repairs, and energy-saving upgrades to low-income seniors (55+) and people with disabilities who own and occupy their Portland home. Services include leak repairs, heat pump water heater replacements, and DIY energy efficiency workshops. Income limit is 50% of median income, up to 80% MFI situationally.
