About This Program

REACH's Community Builders Program provides free home repairs to Portland homeowners who are 55+ and/or have a disability and earn 50% or less of median income. Services include preventative maintenance, safety and accessibility modifications, help resolving BDS code citations, and free portable heat pump units. Technicians are licensed, bonded, and insured.
