Portland Community Reinvestment Initiatives (PCRI)
Provides financial assistance for urgent minor home repairs to Portland homeowners age 55 or older with income at or below 80% AMI. Eligible repairs include plumbing, electrical, water heater replacement, stair/handrail repairs, and lock installation. Routine maintenance and cosmetic repairs are not eligible.
